Scope of Work

MRT-Guided Anti-Inflammatory Group Health Coaching Program:

We will provide you the following health and lifestyle coaching and training services from April 6th 2023 to June 22nd 2023:

One (1) In-Person Appointment with the Registered Nurse at the Ong Institute for Program Explanation, Lab Draws, and Initial Weigh-In. This appointment will happen between March 20th 2023 to April 5th 2023.
Nine (9) 30-Minute Virtual Group Reflections via Zoom to talk about the last 7 days and share wins and results.
Three (3) 15-Minute Individual Sessions to review individualized plan. Patients can schedule these appointments through email.

Investment and Payment Terms:

Two Thousand and Two Hundred Dollars ($2,200) to be paid in full by check, cash, and/or credit card. This fee is due at the time you register for the program.

Ong Institute does not accept health insurance or payment plans for group coaching services. The client is responsible for all fees.

Additional Terms:

WhatsApp will be used as a platform for members to communicate, share with each other their experiences along the way/support each other.
